During her career Ms Zhuk has handled numerous notable cross-border and domestic projects. Ms. Tatsiana Bialiayeva has a broad experience in advising domestic and international clients for more than 10 years. Ms. Bialiayeva is specialized in fields of dispute resolution, corporate, commercial (including intellectual property rights), contract law, EU and International law. Ms. Bialiayeva is a certified mediator by Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus.
Tatsiana Bialiayeva advised International Finance Corporation (World Bank Group) on a two year national project “Food Safety in the Republic of Belarus”. She was a working group member and co-author of “The Guidelines on Labor Law and Personnel Matters” created for lawyers, accountants and financial analysts of more than 20.000 Belarusian legal entities and enterprises. Tatsiana took part in Mediation Pilot Project “Development of the Mediation in the Republic of Belarus” conducted by High Economic Court of the Republic of Belarus.
